Eckart Dutz, General Director, RAPI B2B Office Solutions & General Manager, Pacific Partners (VN) - Uncle Bills Discount Stores

Eckart is General Director of Rapi B2B Office Solutions (formerly Cartridge World (since 2006)). He came to Vietnam in 1995 and has worked from 1996 - 2004 for Unilever in Vietnam, Thailand, Netherlands, Germany in various Supply Chain positions. Most recently as Regional Supply Chain Manager for Ice Cream for South East Asia. Next to Rapi, Eckart is also General Manager of Pacific Partners (VN) (since 2004), a Sourcing Company specialized in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (Food and Nonfood). That includes export activities to Markets in the Pacific Islands as well as the import of Nonfood products (Sole agent for UBL China) to Vietnam. Most recently he has launched the first Discount Stores under the "Uncle Bills" Brand in Ho Chi Minh City. Eckart received a PhD in Supply Chain Management from Mannheim University (Germany) and a Diploma in Business Administration as well as a Post Graduate Degree (Lic.rer.pol.) in International Economics. He is Co-Founder of the Vietnam Supply Chain Community and previously on the Boards of Advisors of the Vietnam Supply Chain Council as well as an Advisor to the Sourcing & Purchasing Club Vietnam. Furthermore he is Lecturer for the Executive MBA Programs of the RMIT and the Vietnam National University.
Julien Brun, General Director, CEL Consulting
  Julien is the founder and Director of CEL Consulting, the first international Supply Chain and Operations consulting firm in Vietnam. He is now managing a team of consultants who is fully involved in providing their expertise to procurement, manufacturing and logistics related businesses in the region. MSc in mechanical and system engineering (Technology University of Troyes, Ecole Nationale des Arts et Metiers, Paris), he gathered experience and know-how at several positions in product/process optimization in aeronautics (Airbus, Cooper tool) and automotive industry (Peugeot Citroen, Rover group) in France, England and Holland. Julien has spent as well 2 years in Africa, where he coordinated logistics and food distribution for >100,000p refugee camps in Africa, for the account of WFP (World Food Program) and UNHCR (High Commissioner for Refugees). From his arrival in Vietnam in 2005, Julien immediately felt lined up with local dynamism and developed the firm intention to support actively the country's industrial development. Beside consulting work, he is now lecturer in Lean Management and SCM in for Executive MBA program of CFVG Ho Chi Minh city. Recently, Julien has been voted to be the Vice President of French Chamber of Commerce Vietnam.



Yen Nguyen, Logistics Director, Big C Vietnam
  Prior to joining Big C Vietnam, Mr. Yen spent 15 years of experience in different supply chain aspects from logistics operation in trucking, barging, shipping, warehousing, procurement deals, to value chain projects of planning and optimization including strategic business plan. Mr. Yen took the lead of many important projects in one of the global companies, Holcim Vietnam, where he held the position of Supply Chain Deputy Director from 2008 to 2011. Some of these projects like OPM, AOP, OBD, have become supply chain operation back bone in the company. During his career, Mr. Yen also set up supply chain function in different business areas and joined supply chain South East Asia regional project.


Long Pham, Country Logistics Director, Schneider Electric
  Long PHAM has been a professional in manufacturing and supply chain management for more than twelve years in Europe and Asia Pacific. He has been working as Industrialization engineer, Project manager then General Manager in different activities such as Power and LifeSpace. He has successfully led several Lean and other improvement projects in Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.


Doan Ta, Supply Chain Director, AkzoNobel Paints Vietnam

  Mr. Doan has been working for AkzoNobel Paints (Vietnam) Ltd. since 1996, a company producing and marketing decorative paints for domestic market. He has been in various roles in Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and working on continuous improvement projects to drive for operations excellence. His background is Chemical Engineering, and he holds an MBA from United Business Institute, Brussels.


Duc Nguyen, General Manager, Prism
  Duc is a GM, Business Development, of Prism Information Technology (IT) Services Ltd. who is a pioneer in cloud-based managed IT services in Vietnam. He has mostly 20-year experience in providing enterprise IT solutions and services such as project management (Oracle Primavera), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and CRM (eBPCS, Sage Accpac, Exact, and Microsoft Dynamics) to customers in supply chain industry in Vietnam. Prior to Prism, Duc has over 8 years in the post of executivemanagement of European and American enterprises management software companies as well as industrial equipment distribution.He was a management and technology consultant at international auditing firms such as Arthur Andersen and KPMG for several years. Duc obtained an MBA degree from RMIT International University Vietnam besides his Diploma of Foreign Trade at the Economics University of HCMC. He isa guess speaker in various workshops and seminar such as for ERP, project management, CRM, etc. at RMIT University, Supply Chain and IT communities. Duc was a cooperative columnist for a few business and industry magazines such as Vietnam Economic Times (VET), PC World, Saigon Times Group, and Dau Tu (Investment).


Ngan Pham, VP Supply Chain, ICP (International Consumer Products)


From June 2010 to now, leading the team of "multi-color" functions, e.g: planning, logistics, manufacturing, R&D in products and packaging, "peacefully" working together to deliver product and services to all dear customer at the right time, right quality, right quantity, right cost, is challenging and interesting. From 2007 to 2010, Leading the startup of new operation of iCi Paints Ltd and now AzkoNobel Paints Vietnam. I also joined S.C Johnson looking after Technical in 3 years. Prior to that, I spent 7 years working at Unilever Vietnam as R&D manager. His early career started at Institute of Chemistry. He was also a member of soft skills trainer organized by Business Edge (World Bank) supporting the small and medium ecnomic sectors in Vietnam. Education: PhD, Physical Chemistry, Vienna University of Technology, Austria

Queenie Phan, Supply Chain Director, Nestle Vietnam

Queenie Phan has been Supply Chain Director of Nestle Vietnam from 2013. She was Head of Corporate Purchasing of Nestle Philippines, Inc. since April 2006. A Vietnamese-American, Ms. Queenie has years of experience in corporate and global purchasing. She Headed purchasing in the Indo-China region in 2002, reorganized and restructured the purchasing function in Israel in 2004, and moved to Nestle SA in October 2004 as Manager for Global Purchasing. She started as Audit Team Leader in Nestle USA then moved to Thailand in 1999 as Head of Internal Audit. She got Master Degree in International Business & Finance.




Khoa Nguyen, APA Regional BPI Manager, Damco/ Maersk Vietnam Ltd.

Twenty-year experienced in manufacturing, engineering, R&D, project management, QC, training, Lean, BPI, and consultancy. Before joining Damco – Part of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, he had been working for Department for Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control (1992-1996), Lean manager for Nike (1996-2010) and Intel (2010-2012), TPM/ 5S consultant for Coca Cola (2010-2011). Being Lean enterprise expert in different industries and aspects, he has shown his comprehensive knowledge, passion, and inspiration to ensure Lean philosophy would be successful applicable in modern business and daily life.



Tam Nguyen, Supply Manager, Intel Products Vietnam

Tam is the Supply Manager of Intel Products Vietnam, a biggest Assembly and Test factory of Intel globally. Intel opened its Vietnam manufacturing operation in Saigon Hi-Tech Park in 2006 with $1.4 billion in capital investment. Tam is responsible for proactively managing a dynamic supply line for all Direct and Indirect Materials in support of Intel Viet Nam Assembly Test production factory. Prior to be a Supply Manager, Tam held a senior position in Intel Finance as Trade Compliance Manager starting from 2006. During 5- year working in Finance, he had completed the setup for all trade compliance processes for Intel Vietnam. He was also the Business Project Manager for Intel e-customs solution, the first ever very successful B2B solution for Intel and Viet Nam.


Tam got MBA degree at the same university in 2004. He is also a current Vice Chair of AMCHAM Manufacturing Committee.


Lam Phan, Customer Service and Logistics Manager, Colgate Palmolive

Graduation Master of Business Administration in Columbia Southern University, Mr. Phan Tung Lam current is Customer Service and Logistics Manager in Colgate Palmolive Vietnam. He plays a role of Management Committee (Mancom) member, involve in all decision making process of CPVN’s Leadership team. He’s in charge of warehouse, inventory, logistics, sales order, demand planning, all product import activities and customer engagement program  with key modern trade account such as Metro Cash & Carry, Big C, Coop Mart…Over 17 years in Supply Chain, he took many important positions, such as: Packaging Manager, Plant Manager, Production planning…in big companies in FMCG: Colgate Palmolive, P&G…




ThinKoh Yin, General Manager Manufacturing, Triumph International Vietnam
Mr. ThinKoh Yin has been General Manager in Triumph International Vietnam more than 3 years. He had over 14 years in Management in many countries with different industries like: Crystal Industrial Banglades Private ltd in China/Bangladesh, Esquel Group in Malaysia/China/Vietnam, Philips Audio Elec in Malaysia/Hong Kong/PRC/Austria/Singapore. He got Master degree in Marketing (MBA) in Greenwich University and many certificates as: Method Time Management, Leadership, One minute Manager, Production Planning, Scheduling & Control, LEAN Manufacturing,…    


Na Tran, Finance-IT ManagerDatalogic Scanning Vietnam

Ms. Na Tran has 17 years experience at the role of CFO of multi national companies belongs to Japan/America and Italian Corporation with the number of employees range from 600 to 3,000. She assists CEO to build the sound strategic plan for Company at high speed expansion from USD10M revenue in the 1st year to USD100M in the 3rd. She used to be lecturer in ACCA course of Vietsourcing; of Budgeting and Control topics in CFO course of Indochina-Pro. Ms. Na internal trainer for soft-skills at Datalogic, ACCA courses at Vietsourcing, CFO courses at PACE & Accounting & Finance course at BDM centre.


Ha Bui, Purchasing Manager, Bonfiglioli
Ms. Ha Bui is currently Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager in Bonfiglioli Vietnam in over 2 years. With 14 years experience in Supply Chain in many industries: F&B, Oil/Gas, engineering in many companies like: Thang Long JOC, Korea National Oil Corporation, THP Group, Amada Offshore Services…She also is Part-time trainer of Supply Chain Management courses at College of Business Administration for Managers (CBAM).


Ruben Graber, Supply Chain Manager, BEL Group

After graduating from university diploma in Physics, he was studying Logistics for 3 years in France. He was graduating from Master degree of Logistics Projects Management in Paris in 2006. He joined Bel 6 years ago as Demand Planner for export countries supporting forecasting, planning, supplying and stock management.He started to work on an exciting Supply Chain project for Bel in Vietnam in 2012. Ruben became Supply Chain Mgr. Vietnam in 2013 and probably the youngest in Bel group. They reworked completely Road To Market, implemented cold chain, 2 DCs and put in place Supply Chain organization. Bel has one factory in Vietnam producing for local market and ambition to export in Asia.

He loves learning from others and discovering new horizons. Vietnam shows such great opportunities to develop Supply Chain. And Bel provides room to improve and dare to innovate.


An Vinh, Supply Chain Director, Duy Tan Plastics

Graduating from Polytechnic University, with over 35 years in Supply Chain industry, Mr. Vinh An is currently Supply Chain Director in Duytan Plastics Corp. Mr. An started working in Duytan Plastics Corp from 2011 as Sales Director then move to Supply Chain Director. He was owner of Vinh An Rubber tires & tubes manufacture for 8 years. He also worked in FMCG as Planning Manager in Unilever, Planning cum Outbound Logistics Director in THP Group.



Rick Yvanovich, Founder and General Director, TRG International

Rick is British and a Chartered Management Accountant with 30 years of diverse experiences including: Hospitality, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Financial Services, High Technology, Defense, Manufacturing, Not for Profit, Breweries, Property Development and Professional Services and the Accounting Profession. Rick’s first overseas posting was as Finance Manager for BP China followed by a posting to Vietnam in 1990 as Finance Manager to BP Exploration. Rick helped established BP’s various Vietnam operations in Exploration, Lubricants and LPG and has held various Finance and Directorship roles with BP in Asia.

Rick has an MSc in Strategic Business Management, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Fellow of CPA Australia.

Rick is the Chairman of AMCHAM HCMC ICT Committee and Chairman of Eurocham Vietnam IT Sector Committee. He is active in promoting Vietnam IT, inward investment to Vietnam as well as IT events and seminars.

He is a Board Member of the South-East Asia Regional Board (SEARB) for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
